1. Shipping Policy
Normal orders are processed within 15-30 business days, while special orders are processed with explicit notification. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless we approved. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
